jeata7 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the jeata7 platform and its users. By visiting the jeata7 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

1. Access and Eligibility

jeata7 services are available only to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Online gambling must be legally permitted in your jurisdiction.
• You must play in your own name and on your own account — not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a person previously banned or self-excluded by a court or authority.

If the above requirements are not met, your account may be closed at any time and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings earned will be considered void.

2.2 Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate and complete information at the time of registration. jeata7 reserves the right to close an account if false or misleading information is provided.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

2.4 Verification Process

jeata7 may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be held until the required documents are submitted.

3. Age Verification

jeata7 strictly prohibits gambling by minors. The platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Confirming your age at the time of registration is mandatory.

If age is in doubt, jeata7 may request a copy of a national identity card, passport or other government-issued ID. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is complete. If an account belonging to a minor is found, all associated transactions will be considered void.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jeata7 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed during verification or if unusual activity is suspected.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

4.5 Fraudulent Transactions

If any chargebacks, reversals or fraudulent transactions are identified, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant amount may be recovered through legal means.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jeata7 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or a deposit of ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (bonus amount × 25). Withdrawals from the bonus will not be possible until the required wagering is completed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — the bonus will be cancelled if not used within the specified time.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, jeata7 reserves the right to investigate and cancel the bonus.
• If a withdrawal is made before meeting the bonus terms, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

The jeata7 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.0% cashback per week.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular play. VIP benefits are subject to change and will be updated on the relevant page.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

A bet is considered valid when the system successfully confirms it and issues a reference number. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Determining Results

The outcome of all games is determined by the certified Random Number Generators (RNG) of jeata7's game partners (PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, etc.). Results are impartial and cannot be altered.

6.3 Disputed Results

If a dispute arises over a game result, the support team must be notified within 72 hours. The game partner's log records will serve as the final evidence.

6.4 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA), kabaddi and other sports. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled after a match has started. If a match is abandoned or incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeata7:

• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Using software bots, scripts or automated methods to place bets.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users when betting.
• Creating an account using forged documents or false information.
• Making deposits or withdrawals through a third party's payment method.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

8. Account Suspension, Closure and Termination

8.1 jeata7's Rights

jeata7 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice — particularly in cases of Terms violation.

8.2 User Rights

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before permanent closure (exceptions apply in cases of Terms violation).

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. An administration fee may be applied to inactive accounts.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

jeata7 treats the protection of your personal information as a top priority. Your data is secured with SSL encryption and is used only for the purpose of providing the necessary services.

• Temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical errors.
• Service interruptions caused by natural disasters, pandemics or other unforeseeable events.

11. Right to Amend Terms and Conditions

jeata7 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. If significant changes are made, notice will be given via the registered email address or on the platform.

If you continue to use the platform after updated Terms have been published, you will be considered to have accepted the new Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page on a regular basis.
